***** Jewelry Creations I have known Diane Von Heckler for a couple of decades now and have had her design jewelry for my wife Mary on many occasions. Diane’s expert craftsmanship is second to none. Her designs and unique ideas in creating a piece of jewelry for my and my wife’s specific needs are truly exceptional. Each and every time I called on Diane to create something special for me she has met the challenge in superb fashion! I would explain to Diane that I needed a specific piece of jewelry for my wife Mary giving Diane minimal input and ask her to create something Mary would like and Diane would unfailingly come up with a piece that Mary would love. ***** Perfect! When searching for a jeweler to help design an engagement ring, I was referred by a friend to go to see Diane Von Heckler at Melting Point Jewelers in downtown Buffalo. Well, WE (my fiancee & I) are extremely happy that I did! My experience with Diane was a very educational and satisfying one. Diane was able to help me design a beautiful, one of a kind engagement ring. She took the time to educate me on diamonds, everything from the different cuts that are available, to all of the different “specs” that I should be looking for. Diane provided this education even before I committed to using her as my jeweler. In my eyes, that was a sign that this was somebody that I could trust, and that I wanted to give my business to. I had MANY questions for Diane during the design process of the engagement ring, and she was very patient, thorough, and committed to providing me with a unique and memorable experience. Having gone to Diane at Melting Point Jewelers, I could not imagine going to anyone else! Thank you Diane for creating such a beautiful engagement ring for my fiancee! She gets compliments on it everyday!

***** Incredible quality and experience I have had a business relationship with Diane for 3+ years now and from my wife’s engagement ring, to our wedding bands, necklaces, ring repairs, etc (anything jewelry) Diane has come through for me. The jewelry is always of exceptional quality and Diane takes a true interest in what you are trying to achieve when making these important purchases. Recently I had her make a custom necklace for my wife and couldn’t be happier. I am proud to call her my jeweler.

****** Creative, attentive, great designer and jeweler As a designer looking to design the engagement ring I would give my future wife, I searched for some time looking for the person that would share my vision and idea of the importance of the process and design of the engagement ring. When I first called Melting Point Jewelers and spoke to Diane Von Heckler, after a few minutes of talking, I knew I had found the jeweler and designer I was looking for. She was enthusiastic to see my vision and dream come alive. We worked together on the design for months, until it was just right. We had some great design discussions and we worked together so well, from sketches to final design. I recorded the whole process for a keepsake to give my now wife. She absolutely loved her ring, the process and Diane. Of course, we had our wedding bands also designed and made by Diane at Melting Point Jewelers, and now both my wife and I get to wear one of a kind, unique, specific to us, fantastic pieces of jewelery which we both treasure and love. I look forward to the time I get to design another piece of jewelery with Diane, and I often highly recommend Melting Point and Diane to everyone I know is in the market for truly special jewelery

***** amazing ability It is difficult to fathom how someone can take beautiful gems and precious metals and make them more luminescent and awe inspiring but, Diane Von Heckler has this . My husband and my self have been lucky enough to experience this talent from Diane and the Melting Point for decades now. We have visited other jewelers but have never been able to match her quality and service. Diane is an exceptional artisan and her charm, humor and service is exemplary! Even to the extent that Diane and her employees made sure that a pair of beautiful hand cut blue topaz earrings from Austria; exquisitely encased in an original design, were delivered across that state; arriving in time for an anniversary! ***** Meltingpoint Experince I was introduced to Diane VonHeckler, owner & creative force of The Meltingpoint Jewelers in 2001.When my then boyfriend, now husband were shopping for an engagement ring. We wanted to have his Grandmothers diamond reset. At that particular time in our lives money was tight. We didn’t want to offend Diane & waste her time buy not being able to spend what is normally spent on such items. She was so very gracious and understanding. Diane continued to work with in our budget and created me the most incredible wedding set I could have ever imagined. I get complements on my wedding rings to this very day. ***** No one compares Thirty years ago, my now husband, took me to meet Diane in order to choose my engagement ring. It was so different and unique. Since then Diane has designed three more rings for me each one so stunning and so different than what everyone else has. For our twenty-fifth anniversary, Diane designed a new setting for my diamond which is breathtaking; I am constantly getting compliments on it. Diane always listens to what I want and, because of our longtime friendship, she knows what I like. Her talent and experience are invaluable in designing absolute timeless creations! Cindy and Mario

***** Awesome work, more than satisfied My experience with Diane and the Melting Point was fabulous. She really took the time to listen, and ask us questions that helped us figure out exactly what we wanted even when we were not sure what that was. Then she went to work and did her magic. My ring fits perfectly. It is very comfortable and balanced so that it is always upright; besides being beautiful. She also helped make my 30 year old wedding band match my updated engagement ring. For sentimental reasons, I did not want to part with my original wedding band. Diane added some gold details and made it better. They are beautiful together. ***** Unique, creative, couldn’t be happier Diane does a phenomenal job with her work, and is always full of great ideas and suggestions in order to fufill your idea. I have been using Diane for quite a while to design our jewelry, but my most favorite purchase was the engagement ring she designed with my fiance. It is the most unique ring I have ever seen, and it fits my personality perfectly! When we went to design our wedding bands, she did a great job creating something just a beautiful to match the engagement ring. And the phenomenal job she did creating such a unique ring for my fiance! Both our rings are one of a kind, and Diane’s time, effort, professionalism, and dedication shows through in her work.
